I just got mine in the spring that was already a couple feet tall and it fruited for me already. I have a yellow, an orange, a red, a purple, and a black all in a row and the black was the first to fruit by about a month. I’d say if they are from seed then just give them another year or two since they need to mature.
As far as the fruit, they were round and smaller than the other gojis. They were sweet but the flavor wasn’t so amazing I’d recommend growing them instead of something more palatable.
I did, I have two potted and one in ground.
Is it possible they were propagated from cuttings of the same parent plant making them still only one plant from a pollination standpoint?
They are seed grown.
I would be very excited to get some cuttings of Lycium Ruthenicum if you are able to share her with me…
Tried growing from seeds, wasn’t working so bought a red goji. Then started to get sprouts, go figure.
