I’m a little confused on how to read the plums shown on their list. Are these all compatible that are shown?

I was told flavor king and elephant heart were compatible. But I know elephant heart is very late so I’m just planning on using a Santa Rosa as a pollinator. That page is very confusing. DWN recommends Beauty, Santa Rosa or slate Santa Rosa to pollinate my EH tree but I wouldn’t mind a better fruit lime an Aprium or Pluot to choose instead.
