My new neighbor has a black cat, I saw it walking around yesterday, let’s hope the mice population will decrease.

Good news, apparently a cougar (or possibly a pair of cougars) swam across from Vancouver Island recently. Here’s to hoping the big cats start reducing our deer population on the island real fast. I’m hoping they won’t be trapped or shot, but I know they won’t last long here. Funny how Bambi is considered so cute that it shouldn’t be killed, yet those nasty cougars can’t be shot fast enough.
One less Bambi on my property as this deer killed three of my trees last week, and then karma caught up with it and it met with a sudden fatal accident.
