@elivings1 I personally prefer idea of well anchorages trees so I chose larger rootstocks. But I may be changing my mind if I lose the fight against vigor

It all depends on space. That is something I realized I am lacking at this point. I added all these trees and bushes and am starting to realize I may have space issues later on. Granted this property only has 1/3 acre and I don’t think this will be their place forever but I noticed that even with all my pots I have them lined up one after another so I will need quite the amount of space for some of these trees/bush when I get someplace.
