Fruit looks like Che but leaves and growth habit don’t, it is something else.

Does the fruit turn red when it ripens up?

…or get much larger and stay green?

I’m thinking Osage Orange (Maclura pomifera) now.

You mention living in a tropical country. If you specified where it can help us narrow down what it could be based off of what’s native or commonly grown there.

I haven’t seen any red yet. Some of them looks ripens but stays green and only grow 1 inch. Not sure, i haven’t seen any bigger than 1 inch yet.
