How thick did you slice those. They look thicker than I’d thought to do it. I’ve some apples I’d like to dry I was thinking 1/4 inch

3 peices per fruit. Asian pears got higher water contain. So they became small when dried.

I like my dried fruit chewy, not crispy. Those look perfect!

I dried some asian pears for the first time this year, Shin-Li. I just used the apple corer/slicer tool I have, it made thin slices which dried fast. They are very tasty! Now I know what to do with leftover asian pears.

My Cabela’s deluxe 10 trays dehydrator is working overtime in the past few weeks and still got about 100lbs of Asian pear to go.
