Feel like giving up on fruit trees

Haven’t tried lime sulfur. Maybe I should try that this winter.

I am in te process of removing all my peaches, apples, and sweet cherries. While my peach trees are healthy and productive all the fruit rots before its ripe 8 years in a row. My sweet cherry trees set a bountiful crop and they start rotting when they are half size. My apples get scab and a whole lot of worms. My pears are relatively trouble free but the squirrels take about 5 bushels of fruit and I might get 1 bushel. My New Zealand lemonade is producing about 40 lemons a year. It needs spraying for aphids with soapy water. There is a diference in spraying a 7 foot by 7 foot in ground lemon tree and a 20 foot apple. peach, cherry tree. My figs are doing so so because of short season but at least citrus an figs do not get eaten by animals.

HAY YOU that is MY peach. Go grow your own

That squirrel is giving you the perfect broadside shot. Eliminating it would save ½ a bushel. Sad for some but it really is the only way.
