I am happy to report a full year of no tree loss after replacing all my M111 rootstocks with g935 and g890. We did have 1 week of below zero temps and 2 hail storms in north Texas that really limited production on the 2-4 year old trees. They aren’t pretty but I was apple to pick a couple dozen ugly but extremely good tasting King David and Goldrush apples.
