I wonder if you pinion most or all of them when they are keets if they would return to the coop. Maybe only do half so if a predator attacks some of them will survive.

maybe. wish i had thought of that when i had mine. would be interesting trying to catch them to clip them. they are as skittish as the pheasants i raised.
