No, copper is not toxic and is considered organic. I use horticulture oil for a sticker. Round up is toxic, and I would never consider using it! Greenhouses are very expensive and I would be worried about getting your proper chill hours using one unless you are an experienced grower.

Do you have perspective on the below comment about nectarines possibly not getting the chill hours they need in a greenhouse? Ours would not be heated but I am definitely NOT an experienced grower!
You should be fine without heated greenhouse getting your chill hours.
