My wife loves meat cooked on a hibachi like that. Her dad bought one when he was in the service during Vietnam. He bought it in Japan. I had some of the grilled meat a few times and it was quite good. His finally fell apart after about 25 years.
My wife has wanted to get one, but they are sooo expensive.

Here’s my baby a few years ago looking a little worse for wear, got it her at my bosses place now, as the back yard is filled with raised planters, I still have the telephone both and yes it is filled with quarters that I may one day try and reclaim.
Picnic ham is the full shoulder, Boston butt is back portion, I think its a regional thing why they call it Boston butt
