Thanks for the rice tip. I’ll try it. I looked it up and seems that quick rice and quick oatmeal works slightly better than uncooked rice.

I have lots of eggplant and a dehydrator. Anyone tips for doing eggplant? Do I need to blanch? (I’m lazy)
I’ve owned 3 dehydrators. In my experience different approaches are needed with different hydrators for the same crop.
