Yes, they all have some differences. I was just emphasizing that they aren’t all crisp.

I grew Sherwood for more than 20 years. The older it got, the better the fruit got, more or less. But it’s also possible I just came to appreciate the fruit more. Whichever is true, I may have eaten more Sherwood fruit the last 5 years in CA than in the 10 years prior.
Sihong was one of the varieties that showed a significant decrease in fruit quality if the tree did not have a lot of water.
