I’m looking for 5-6 off these Krymsk 5 rootstocks, I saw them on grandpa orchard site, but shipping is pretty high (about $80.00). Is there anywhere else I could buy them? I only need a few (10 max),

Parcel shipping rates charged by most carriers have doubled over the last year or so.

You’re probably not going to be able to find another source for Krymsk 5. Are you sure the shipping is $80.00? The shipping calculator doesn’t work right for rootstock only orders.

From Grandpa’s Orchard website-

“SHIPPING CHARGES NOTE: We will usually adjust your shipping charges when ordering rootstock by itself as our shipping calculator does not calculate correctly for rootstock. When ordered with trees, we can ship in the same box for no extra charges. When ordered by itself, it may ship for less. If you have questions, contact us.”
