Luis, What are you going to do with all your apples?

Hi! Well apple is the fruit variety we buy most so i spend a lot of money buying them all year. We use at least 4 apples daily… then when i have surplus apples i can do apple juice vinegar, cakes or selling apples if i really get too much.

Luis, you have a great collection. I have a vertical apple espalier set-up and am looking forward to grafting 30 varieties on it next spring. So I enjoy looking at your collection.

You have an impressive collection, out of the varieties you grow do you have any overall favorites for eating?

Thanks! Most of my trees didn’t fruit yet but untill now the ones i like more are Modi, Red Falstaff and Golden Pearmain. I love our Parda Linda and Bravo de Esmolfe too…
Regarding red fleshed varieties definately Redlove Odysso! :yum:

Out of those I’d say none are available for home growers in Australia, I’ve tried the Modi from a supermarket and from memory I liked it, though you’ll laugh if you read the review on appleranking dot com.
