I thought of this too when people said it. That is why I leaned and am leaning towards white gold. White Gold is self fertile while Kristin is not.
Yes but are trees leaving out all over your neighborhood and the surrounding area? Are you past your last frost date? I don’t know what elevation you are at and that can make big difference.

Most trees are leafed out. I am 5 thousand something.
Well they may leaf out late or they may never leaf out. All you can do is wait.
It’s too late to order trees this season so if they don’t make it doesn’t really change anything. You will have to wait till the Fall to order replacements. Plenty of time to do some research and figure out what would work best for you.
