Pear disease identification help!

The USA is different from other places in the world when discussing yellowing leaves. Try to dig a hole right beside the pear see if there is standing water. Water related issues are tge #1 cause of yellowing leaves this time of year. If it was October or November leaves yellowing to end the season and drop would be normal. There can be nutrient problems which are rare and often times still water related. Diseases like scab or pests like scab can be the cause of the issue.

Root rot can be a problem if its boggy soil

Leaves (could be yellowing) from stress.

You have Fabrea leaf spot (I call it “bacterial leaf spot”) and you have cedar quince rust (Gymnosporangium clavipes).

Might as well throw Pear Scab in there as well. That outta cover all the mess you are seeing!
