PS it was 78 degrees here today and it hasn’t been below 32 yet this winter…

A very bright poster once said pears bend until they don’t (not an exact quote). How true this statement is and it has served me well for several years now. I still bend pear limbs but not so much at one time.

I think you’re correct. I mostly bend and sparingly summer prune.

I broke a limb on Gem, H Crisp, D. Honey during Sept… I should have trained them earlier.
