wild plums grow all over Slovakia. Many people collect them to make spirits.
I put some seeds in my frig over the winter but they did not germinate.

Greetings Jason - I just read your post about the tree with more and larger fruit and wondered if you ever managed to propagate it? Sounds interesting enough to warrant a trip back for sticks. Would love to hear more if there’s more to the story.

No I did not propagate it, I should drive over there this summer and see if it is still there

Sounds like a perfect candidate for root grafting. Just follow a piece of root from the big fruited one and graft a scion right to it. That way, you’ll have it on its own roots.
