Paypal is still a pain to fight a claim. Credit card is typically a few buttons and done. With PayPal it is up to you to respond and you to upload as much evidence as possible. If filing a claim hopefully you saved everything. The mailer a scammer used is what won me the PayPal case when I had to file it.
Good to know. I did get a email stating I was refunded 5 dollars as well so they did give on the reduction later on too.

For me, it was a promotion on paypal website itself it failed to honor. I gave them screenshot of their own promotion and they said basically said “sorry, no deal”.
