Rust on my blueberries?

The analysis is calling for lime in order to get the PH UP to 5 from 4.7!

First soil report I have even seen that suggested lime on blueberry.

The PH of my SHB is about 4.5 and the plants are growing like crazy with no recommendation for lime.

P, K, Mg and Ca are are listed as “very high” - multiple times normal. Also looks like boron may be in he very high range as well. Never seen anything like it.

Maybe too much acidifying fertilizer?

The native PH is 6.9, last fall when I built the 8’x20’ raised bed I added 2 backhoe buckets of native dirt, 20 40 lbs. bags of compose/manure , added some soil sulfur, ammonium sulfate, hi-yield Iron plus soil acidifier then tilled it all in and let it set till this Feb. and did a soil test . That test gave me a PH of 5.3 .
At some point during the summer I gave some more of the hi-yield (picture)

With a native pH of 6.9 you most certainly don’t want to apply lime. But you are in the ballpark of optimum so probably don’t want to apply much more sulfur. Only do that if you get indications that pH is rising. The pH will tend to revert back towards the 6.9. Applying ammonium sulfate fertilizer might be the right approach. It acidifies but not as much as sulfur. I have lowered pH too low in pots with AS. In your soil, if it has some clay and organic matter, that is less likely.
