I do not really know. Probably something like Elm. The dominate trees in our treat of that size are Oak, Black Walnut, Hickory, Elm, and some others. I think those trees were attacked by the wild grape vines. That is a natural wild area.
You guys know how to collect Hickory nuts? I see some shells on ground. But no idea how to collect them. Or worth the time?
I walked there today and took another look. It is an elm. Still alive with some of the roots in ground.
