Well that sucks that some got lost on their way. Mine fell behind the shelves in my fridge so I thought i was losing my mind for a month. Then they turned up when i did a full cleaning of the fridge. I was pissed at myself up till that point given my propensity to move things then forget where I moved them to.

My intensive care patient has bounded forward. Hopefully it proves to be worth the extra effort doen the line.

Everything that’s not been potted up except for the 10 or so pink parfait x cherub. Some of these have decent roots but I’m sure they’ll manage fine in these for a good while longer. A lot of them suffered badly when the PM peaked.
Trailman x hella kitty that I popped in ground last visit out of curiosity/idle hands. Despite the smol sizes they had decent roots poking through their pots.

Behind are 10-12 each of M27 and G213 rootstocks in the ground spreading their roots out hopefully. I’m planning to pen them in maybe 6”high with logs and add some more biomass over the winter for a strong rooted stoolbed kinda vibe as the soil is fairly heavy.

Your trees are looking great. I’ll be excited to see what you get from them in a few years! 
Now that the school year has started, my time for working in the garden is quite limited. I did pull a few thistles yesterday and noticed that caterpillars have been feasting on the top leaves of many of the seedlings. Most seem to be doing well despite this, although a few have died in this rainy and windy season.
Despite dealing with significant rabbit damage from this past winter, my seedlings from 2025 have bounced back well. Here is chestnut x musketeer, now taller than me!
