Here’s my solution to the vole problem:
I live in the suburbs, too, so not as much freedom for the critters to come and go.

Very precious. My favorite farm dog and all time vole champ was Lucky, RIP. She would follow me everywhere including when I was mowing the fields. The voles would scatter behind the mower, some wounded, some not. She would attempt to get every one of them! There was far too many for her to keep up with eating them all. Soon she would just chomp and toss, move on to the next. She was the best!

Yes, my baby loves to hang out with Daddy. Each of us working on our own chores. She loves chasing the squirrels. Good teamwork.
