I got seed potatoes from Grand Teton this year. No issues.

What is the best way to save potato for seed if you do not have a celler or such? Hoping to keep some of my crop for next year if possible.

Store them in peat moss in a ziploc bag in the veggie drawer in your refrigerator. Pull them out at least 5 weeks before planting and keep at room temperature so they can begin to sprout. Small potatoes work best, usually from 1 inch to 2.5 inches diameter.

Sealed ziplock with no holes? Is the peat moss to absorb moisture?

No holes, peat moss is in case one rots, it won’t infect the others as easily.
