I once made a batch of 'pawpaw honeyâs, a cooked jam-like product, that was well-liked, and did not result in any unpleasantness for anyone, but Iâve long-since lost the recipe or forgotten where I found it.
Iâm down to just a handful of named-parentage seedlings that had a few cultivars grafted in. They supply more fruit than we will eat and I have no plans to plant or seek out any others, though I did graft a few pieces of âSidewinderâ into one of the larger trees this spring.

How would Caspian compare?

Havenât tried Caspian. Susquehanna is great in a lot of ways, but I donât enjoy eating them near as much as Chappell.
