My regular insect eaters having a different diet. Come March they start all over again cleaning the yard.

We have a hummingbird feeder high on a porch rafter, they feed at it constantly year-round, but Iād agree with others that planting flowers they like is a better option for spring-to-fall seasons, both for the health of the birds and to get them interested in patrolling the plants rather than just visiting the feeder. Or at least use a hummingbird solution with electrolytes added rather than just sugar water, with the feeders hung among the plants.
