What is the fruit you grow with Highest Brix?

I have to respectfully disagree.

I understand. There are people that don’t eat sour cherries because they are allegedly too sour, my daughter loves them but don’t eat sweet cherries because she finds them too sweet.

The main issue for me is it is a bit early for my cider season: it ripens in late September in Maryland. It is a very unusual apple, the flesh is not breaking at all. Plus it is loaded with tannins.

Sounds like one worth trying here in AK, late September is the ideal season for apples, mid October is frozen… Would you mind sending me some scion wood to try? I’m going to be grafting in April.

I think Fedco is selling scions. If you can’t get it from them feel free to PM me.

They may taste the sweetest but they are not close to the highest brix fruits.
