This is on my Eastman Sweet apple. Not an awesome pic. I tried to keep my fat hands from throwing shade on the leaf.

My “diagnosis” was frogeye leaf spot aka black rot.
I believe I lost another tree not far away to this same disease a couple years ago.

That could be Black Rot.Here is a site with the disease and two others,with descriptions and pictures.

This is black rot on pears of mine I chopped off and grafted a long ways away from this stuff:
I didn’t even mess with saving the trees. I don’t want spores bouncing around on my other trees. It seems you’re in that similar circumstance having already had it on a different apple of yours.
