First of the season
2025/10/22. Extras, recovered from the mulch under the tree.
Our tree is loaded with fruit, primarily on the interior. Some of them are beginning to turn color and it will soon be raining white sapotes. Ripeness is best judged by the shoulders giving to mild pressure. I picked 3 today.
