Am semi retired so I am getting into fruit breeding. I have crossed the wild plum with the peach and am working on the sand cherry hybrid with peach. I also have an Early Mcintosh seedling that is very hardy, very productive and tastes pretty good. Have 50 grape seedlings that I am hoping to get a hardy good-tasting grape for Zone 4. The parent seedling is one of Niels Hansen’s grapes he introduced around 1920, don’t know the name. Plan to start a small nursery.
