Began hobby cider orcharding last year (2019), taken two steps back and one forward this year Have a few unknown variety 50 plus year old trees, about eight three year old cider varieties, and grafting 30 cider variety scions onto B-118 this year as my “Plan B” begins. Also made first cider batch (8 gallons) with unknown variety tree(s) in backyard, and all three variations taste wonderful.
