After 20 years of dreaming, I am finally able to start a garden/orchard on my 6000 sq ft. sudo-urban lot in the SF bay area.
I am determined to turn my tiny lot into an edible landscaping paradise! I live right outside the fog in a strange micro climate where it never gets very hot or very cold. I think I get around 400-500 chill hours, lots of sunny days in the 70s, but almost no hot days in the 80s. No real frosts either… It is going to be a fun adventure figuring out what I can grow.
