Growing apples, mulberries, pears, Asian pears, elderberries, aronia, juneberries/serviceberries, blueberries, huckleberries, lingonberries, low-bush cranberries, raspberries, arctic raspberries, blackberries, honeyberries, goumi, Nanking cherries, nannyberry, thimbleberry, salmonberry, strawberries, potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, garlic, Christmas trees, and wildflowers all with a layered permaculture approach… and all pollinated with solitary bees (mason bees, leafcutters, etc.). Also hydroponic hot peppers, tomatoes, and herbs inside year-round.

Most planted 2021-2023 so still in the ‘early years.’
