Hi,i am Martin and i’m from southeastern Europe. More precisely, Serbia. I registered on this wonderful forum because it was extremely instructive and I read and learned a lot of things. Generally in Europe there is no a similar one and do not know other languages than English. People here are friendly and want to help. I’m an plant enthusiast and I am trying to get unusual fruit species that are not common in my surroundings. For now I’m interested in jujubes, pecan, hickory, pawpaw (asimina triloba), and persimmons. I already have plants of some species, but I hope there will be more. Besides that i have other fruit trees so if somebody needs some kind of sort, let me know, and maybe I can help him.
I’m supposedly in zone 7b (looking at the map on the net), but being located in a valley I would say that it is actually 6b.
if there is any surplus seed or scion I would gladly accept:
d. virginiana, or some named cultivar of it
jujubes
even pawpaw. And in the end some chestnut if is good.
