I grow a lot of plants in NW Philly, but not a lot of fruit. My specialty is things that bloom in winter. (This year I was able to give away armloads of flowers from outdoors in mid February.) I have just gotten someone to install drip irrigation so I will be planting in corners I was afraid things would die in. Mainly I joined this group because I’d like to buy a piece of land not too far away to grow more fruits and nuts and less common crops. (I think I ended up here after googling Hazelnuts again.)
