Zone 5b (Canada) but I tend to plant 3-4, since we do get severe cold events. I’m in Southern Ontario, near Stratford. We have a pair of residential lots and I’ve been becoming more and more interested in food gardening, especially permaculture, over the last 9 years. Cooking and baking with our production is super fun for me. I’m just getting into some propagation, mostly of the shrubs and vines. We don’t have a greenhouse and lack both interior gardening space and good overwintering storage so I stick to what can survive outside.
