I grow a number of fruits and vegetables each season, but my current interest lies in sampling wild apple varieties in my area and grafting the best ones onto rootstock on my property. I am early in this project, but I have so far sampled and catalogued 100+ seedling trees, and have so far located 6 with extremely promising qualities. One of these can be seen in my profile picture. I have also started working on some apple crosses. Early days, but I already have some exciting results.
