Not exactly in 1 hole. I planted them about 3 feet apart. Deer cage is 2 11-foot sections of 48-inch welded wire fence. Doors open on each short end.
Both holes were loaded with rocks. Very close to gas line. But just made it. Buy rural acreage and you won’t have so many issues.
In z6 you won’t get apricots every year. You are lucky to get crops every 3 - 5 years. I pulled all of mine out years ago and put in peaches. But I had this small spot open, so re-tried 2 cold hardy apricots. (Goldcot and Harcot)
