So last spring I moved to a new house leaving behind 3 peach, 3 apple and 3 plums. When I started them they were on 4’ spacing by 8’ rows. I was doing well keeping them small. After a year of no pruning and this springs growth they are enormous. Of course all bought at big box and listed as semi dwarf. It’s a family home so I still have access to fruit but none this year because of a late freeze and the jungle look. My new orchard is all 12 x 12’ and I’m wondering if that’s enough. Lol!
