Woodchips can take up nitrogen as they breakdown so you need to add some. That’s my best guess

I would Think so Also. But Its just this single new plant. All the other ones looks normal.
And i did add fertilizer as well
I dont think its lack of N unless you put chips into the soil. on top its ok. how thick is the mulch? thick mulch sometimes makes the shoots look like this as they have a ways to grow though it before emerging.
Yes, it’s an albino sport. It can survive while still connected to the sugar producing green plant. It will likely get sunburned and look very bad as it grows larger though. It’s a curiosity that is worth enjoying while it lasts.
