I collect all sorts of old plant-related items, with a particular interest in fruit breeding. Here are two of my latest acquisitions: a 1952 Topps Luther Burbank trading card and an original 1934 Ivan Michurin press photo. My wife had a few questions about why a grown man was buying “baseball cards” and photos of “decrepit old men.”
