Any ideas - noticed it yellowing up about three weeks ago
check around the base and top of roots for damage to the trunk and roots. Borers or voles?
Also young peaches don’t like competition. Weeds and grass around the base could be adding to any other problems.

Could also be peach tree borer damage at the base that you can’t see from above. When mine died like that it yellowed over a couple of weeks and I assumed it was a watering issue, but when I pulled it out there was clear borer damage right at the soil line. Worth scraping back the soil a few inches around the trunk and checking for frass or soft spots in the bark.
