Any issues with permanent netting (pollination etc)?

I already have to fence in ANYTHING I grow due to the antlered, disease-carrying morons (deer). Would there be any problem pollination-wise or otherwise if I just closed over my berry patch over the top with netting smaller than 1" permanently? I imagine bees can fly right through no problem but would it cause any issues to do that? Then rather than deal with netting (which always seems to get stuck on branches, leaves, and myself) seasonally, I can just leave it there all the time and enter the structure to pick my berries.

I netted my pear trees one year. i killed, and had to get out of the netting too many birds and more than a couple squirrels too…

removing the netting was a mess too.

I did get pears that year, a rarity.

If you leave it over winter, the snow can flatten it.
