Is this normal? I ordered hazelnuts from Badgerset in January and still have not seen or heard from them. I sent two followup emails since the order asking for an ETA but no responce there either. I understand they are small and make no claims as to their customer service but at this point I can not tell if they are even in business.
Google “Scoop on Badgerset nursery”.
A garden watchdog, Dave’s Garden has reviews on this nursery. Since 2012, reviews were all negatives.

Don’t even get me started on Badgerset. Total scam. Had to contact BBB to get my money refunded

Oops. I thought they were out of business but it looks like they’re still stealing from folks. Expect nothing unless you go there. They stole over $400 from me and my claim through BBB went nowhere. The small number of plants I actually received from them were tiny, arrived in 90 degree weather in August, and all died.
On the other hand, I’ve ordered hazelnut plants from Mark Sheppard and Burnt Ridge nursery (cultivars) and was very happy with these.

As of about a day ago their website looks like it is off line now.
