Anyone growing Meadows Pear? Trying to find out when they're ripe

Hey folks. I’m trying to figure out when my Meadows pears are ready to go. This is the first year to have the tree loaded up with them.

The misinformation and mislabeling of pears is common - Ayer of Kansas is not Ayers or Tenn of the University of Tennesse pears
