I have a potted miracle berry bush that I’ve finally got the hang of and now it’s truly prolific. Too prolific. I don’t have enough events / occasions to show people flavor tripping.
I’d like to freeze, dry, or otherwise preserve them for other occasions, but I don’t know if that’s possible at home (while preserving the miraculum), and forums search + Google both failed me, so asking here.
(Incidentally, I’m also interested in how to grow the seeds so I can make plants to give to friends, but I’ve not had any luck).
I put them in a small ziplock bag, roll it up and put it in another ziplock bag and freeze them. They don’t taste as good, but they are still mostly effective, although it may take 2 instead of just one for the sweetening effect. Mine are over a year old.
