Anyone know of an apricot like fruit with peach like seeds

A member near me @greendumb has an unknown fruit that matures early with apricot like fruit but has peach like seeds. Anyone have such a fruit?

Seeds are about 3/4 inch long, plump, with a furrowed surface like a peach. The seeds are half to one third the size of a normal peach seed.

sounds / looks like the Siberian peach pits i planted . supposedly they produce peaches the size of a large apricot and are z4 hardy. got them from a guy from northern VT. all 5 i planted sprouted and grew from 3-4ft. in one summer. i planted them the previous fall.

It’s possible that my buddy got this tree from me. I once had a Bella Gold peacotum that I got rid of about the time he planted his trees. Does anyone know what the seeds of Bella Gold look like?

Wouldn’t it take at least 22 years for a Bella Gold Peacotum to produce ten fruit to collect the seeds from? The pictures I’ve found on this site were all “happened to show the seed, a bit” in them rather than taking a picture of it, same with the one from OGW, but it does look like the more rounded shape is consistent compared with a peach which is more pointed. I couldn’t tell if it had the brain surface texture on the outside or not.

That’s for one that is producing well.

That’s why I got rid of it. And this is supposed to be productive, so I guess it’s not Bella Gold.

I can get you seed pictures this year. Mine has produced a decent amount of fruit the past two years. I just usually loose the battle with pests and disease.
