I suspect a type of choke cherry. Honestly i cant say for sure.

looks like chokecherry. fruits the right size but the chokecherry here grows in long strings like currants do. maybe a euro chokecherry?

looks like Pin cherries have these kinds of fruit bunches, I’ve always used the terms interchangeably but apparently they are different species

now you mention it, it could be a young pin cherry. that would explain the lack of berry stings. or could also be bird cherry.
