BigHorseCreekFarm has Horse and it appears to be correct.
@MikeC, you might check in with @derekamills up near Logan. He includes Horse in his variety list. (As it’s a summer apple, he won’t have any to try until next season.)

Some folks consider Horse a “spitter” but I haven’t tasted it.
My tree has fruited the last few years, small tree so only a few. I’m not the best at describing tastes but we liked 'em, they were all eaten.
